Hingga 30 April 2012, BP3TKI Jakarta Terbitkan 43.396 KTKLN
Jakarta (30/5) – Sejak 1 Januari hingga 30 April 2012, BP3TKI Jakarta telah menerbitkan 43.396 Kartu Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri (KTKLN) bagi TKI untuk bekerja ke luar negeri.
Jumlah itu berasal dari penerbitan untuk TKI yang bekerja di negara-negara kawasan Asia Pasifik, Timur Tengah dan Papua Nugini sebanyak 39.752, rekap dari cuti TKI sebanyak 2.432 KTKLN, rekap TKI Mandiri sebanyak 271 KTKLN dan rekap TKI Pelaut sebanyak 941 KTKLN.
Demikian dilaporkan Kepala BP3TKI Jakarta, Delta dalam surat elektroniknya di Jakarta, Rabu (30/5).
Menurut Delta,dari rekap 39.752 KTKLN, yang dikeluarkan untuk TKI dari kawasan Timur Tengah berjumlah 21.193 KTKLN dengan perincian dari Uni Emirat Arab berjumlah 8.333, Qatar 5.130, Saudi Arabia, 3.241, Oman 2272, Bahrain 1.964, Aljazair 251, dan Kuwait 2 KTKLN.
Sementara dari kawasan Asia Pasifik KTKLN yang dikeluarkan berjumlah 18.538 buah. Perinciannya untuk Taiwan 8.527, Singapura 5.394, Hong Kong 2.249, Brunei Darussalam, 1.570, dan Malaysia 798 KTKLN.
BP3TKI Jakarta juga merinci penerbitan KTKLN menurut jenis pekerjaan formal dan informalnya. Untuk kawasan Timur Tengah untuk pekerjaan formal diterbitkan 3.877 KTKLN dengan perincian untuk KTKLN TKI laki-laki sebanyak 3.594 dan untuk TKI perempuan 283 KTKLN. Sementara untuk TKI Informal diterbitkan sebanyak 17.316 KTKLN dengan perincian untuk TKI perempuan 17.311 KTKLN dan untuk TKI laki-laki sebanyak 5 orang.
Delta menambahkan, bagi para pencari kerja kawasan Timur Tengah yang tengah menggeliat dengan pembangunan di sektor migas, manufaktur, industri hingga rumah tangga memang merupakan kawasan yang paling diminati.
“Gaji bekerja di sektor migas sangat tinggi bisa mencapai Rp100 juta lebih per bulan,” kata Delta.
Di luar kawasan Timur Tengah, kata Delta, Asia Pasifik juga banyak dilirik para pencari kerja utamanya untuk sektor kesehatan, perkebunan, manufaktur dan rumah tangga.
